I was just talking to a friend who has a 03 HO 6 speed. He now has gauges and said that at full throttle he only sees about 700 degrees. Is that what others see?

I need to ask him to be sure but I think he is measuring it post turbo.

Also he has it straight piped and has a different filter.

I would say that must be post turbo.



I just installed my guages a few weeks ago, on a completely stock motor. Highest unloaded I have seen (at full throttle from a dead stop to 70mph) was 1100 deg. (time to straight pipe this thing)
