Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) EGT probe on auto meter pyro

I just purchased my guages... Finally, and looking at the probe on the pyro guage seems really long. I plan on mounting it on the exhaust manifold. It should work with my ATS manifold shouldn't it?? Any input appriciated. .

The end of a thermocouple probe is where the temperature measurement is made. If the probe is mid-stream then all should be golden. The ATS has a bung that you can tap for the T/C. Have fun with the install and report back on your install. Mike
