Two questions:

How high is the highest I can safely take the EGT's too? I try not to go above 1350, but it is easy to get them higher.

Does low boost increase EGT's? I am not building the PSI that I think I should (26 PSI is the max I can get) and I am wondering if that is increasing the EGT's.

Thanks

Your boost is way too low. Do you have a boost elbow installed on the turbo? Yes, if you get some more boost you will lower your EGT's.

1250* is a good number to stay around if you are going to be holding it for an extended time. For short blasts and playing you can see higher EGT's without worrying.

With Mach II's and a powermax I would think you should be in the mid to upper 30's in boost pressure

From a previous post I figured my boost was too low. I was just hoping that once I get the boost problem figured out that my EGT's would be lower.

Thanks for the info
