It only stands to reason that cold intake temps will reduce EGT's. How much, I couldn't really tell you. I do know that when it is 90F+ outside my truck can blow some serious smoke if I try but now with the temps in the 30's it barely smokes... .

Well, the warmer ambient is, the warmer the EGT's. As for just how much, it is a very complicated relationship. Boost pressure enters into it as well (load is related to boost). Look up adiabatic heat gain to try to understand that portion and compare the differences between the Fahrenheit temperature scale as related to absolute zero (-459. 7 degrees F) to get a feel for the percentage of heat gain or loss over the range of interest.
