EGT's....

Ok so I got the egt hooked up and get this at idle it sits at 1125*!! Anybody have any normal numbers from their truck. 6. 7 only please. I think I may have found the cause of the crapy milage!

1100 at idle means it is in regen mode or you have thermocouple or related wiring problem

Sorry, missed the second part of your post. I'm idling at 275-300 cold with EB on, and 350-400 hot, and have seen peak EGTs of 1200*F + so far.

I'm seeing 350*-400* @ idle-no regen

800*-1000* @ idle-regen

1000*-1200*@ highway speed pulling 40' 5er-no regen

1500*-1600* @ any given speed-regen

Found out it was because of the dpf delete fooler,on the pre turbo it reads correct.
