Ehaust and gauges.

My brother asked me to find out what exhaust he should choose. I remember a lot of discussion about drone, etc. a few months ago, but lost track of the discussion. What is the best deal? Who makes the nicest system? Is there a good stainless system available?



He also wants to add gauges. I have seen several companies that sell gauges with painted gauge pods, ready to mount. This would probably be the best route for him. Who has the best prices?

In the stainless steel exhaust we have the new Banks Monster exhaust. Banks has improved their muffler by building in an expansion area int he inlet of the muffler which keeps it from droning and provides a nice sound.



As for the gauge we offer complete sets with everything you need to install including painted pillar mount. Our gauges are Di-Pricol which are a very good match to the factory instruments.

I am familiar with Rip and had been considering him, but Banks is out of the question. Is there anyone else that I should be considering. Did magnaflow ever get their act together??

On the exhaust everyone one this site will tell you the one they have is the best, most ecumenical, coolest, etc. So you will have to read between the line and bull ****ttt. I will not tell you the one I have is anything but the truth: I have the HOG performance ss 4" system, it was easy to install, true. It was very high in quality, true. It came complete with everything needed, tip, hangers, everything, and it was all 100% stainless, true. It is louder then stock, true, There is a spot (2000-2100) were there is drone, true. Do I like it?, yes, true. Will you or your brother like it?, I do not know, true. For gauges I bought isspro, do they work,yes just fine. Do I like them, no. I can not see them very good at night. I bought autometer to replace them. Are they better, yes I think so. Good luck
