Found out while putting new boost boots on that the thing is cracked. The ring around the top is almost all the way broken off.

It is the 90 degree elbow that connects to the turbo with a clamp and o-ring, then the intercoler duct attaches to the other side.

I can't quite make out the part# on it due to the roughness of the casting. Trying to get one from cummins if possible.

Anybody know the name, part#, or something about where to get one? Anybody got a good one laying around?

I recently put a "wanted" ad in the part & accessories section and got several responses... . but I was looking for one from a 94 and up for an upgrade I am working on.

E-mail me at

and I'll pass forward the info of a few possibilities that replied to my ad. I don't want to make their addresses public.

you can also try

www.reliablegoods.com

That's where I ordered mine from ... . they had a good used one.

Hope this helps out.

Finally got a good part number and ordered one. For anybody else searching

air pipe# 3918800

o-ring 3919852

clamp 3069053

My part number was very hard to read and not cast very well. So it took quite a bit of trying and research to finnaly find it.

Its called 'air crossover pipe'. About $28 from Cummins. Go to that site, Jay gave ya, you can enter that Cummins pn, and get a price quote.

Bill, he's intercooled; you sure about that name? I would have thought more along the lines of "turbo outlet elbow," or "turbo-to-intercooler elbow" but I could be wrong. Wouldnt be the first time.

Careful about which year you get the elbow for. The 2nd Gens are wuite a bit bigger going into the IC than the 1st Gens.

FWIW... I just received the one I ordered that was for the 2nd gen application. The part number on it, written in marker, is 313622. A 2 1/2 inch ID hose will fit on the hose barb.

I went back and forth with reliable a couple of times to get the part number I needed... I only described it as the "cast elbow. . etc. "

They ended up sending me an e-mail with a scanned pic from a parts book.

I agreed that was what I wanted and that was that.

They are good with working with "name challenged" people... . those who know what they want... but can't describe it :-laf

BTW the new one was $28... . used was $18

I hope I get the right thing in the mail. Just with reliable had a phone number somewhere on their site. There was an error on the last page of my order and I am not shure if it went through all the way or not.

Sent them an email and see what happens.

They did not show any used ones when I was on there, the new one is still cheaper than getting it directly from cummins, especially the o-ring was about half price.
