Anybody have experience with electric or hydraulic jacks for raising/lowering a gooseneck trailer. Bigger trailer and getting tired of hand cranking!

I am checking out http://www.equalizersystems.com/ and wondering if you have experiences with equalizersystems or any other brands?

I have been curious about something like this for the 5er. I know some coaches have them instead of the electric ones.

I Have Used Both The Equalizer Brand Is My Favorite. The Hydraulics As Previously Posted Are Faster But They Are Also A Lot Strong And More Reliable. The Motors In The Electrics Tend To Burn Up If You Are Using Them Close To The Max Rated Weight.

However They Are Both Better Than Huffing And Puffing With A Two Speed Manual Jack.

Brands, dealers, people to talk to????

Been so long ago, I don't remember anymore. :( That, and I live on a different state than I used to. Don't know any dealers, off hand, that would carry them.

The Equalizer brand looks like a good one.

Don't know what those units cost, but you may be able to make your own, cheaper. Don't know your skill level.
