Electric Brake Controller Wiring ? ? ? ?

I'm about to take the plunge on a '03 2500 Quad Cab 4x4 HO 6 speed Black Sport. I have an '00 2500 Quad Cab Sport that I'll be trading in. Anyway, does anyone know FOR SURE that I can possibly unplug my electric brake controller from my 2000 and plug straight into the 2003 with no problems ? I would imagine Dodge made no changes to this over the years, but I'm relying on the expertise of current '03 owners that may have done so. Thanks for the feedback. The TDR is great ! Well, I unplugged the brake controller from my 97 Ram and it plugged right into the 2003. No problem for yours either. Is that SURE enough?

Plugged in from a 2001 Dakota, to an 03 Ram. No problem.

I unplugged my old wiring pigtail, controller, etc from my 2001 and plugged it right into the 2003, no problem. Anyway, if your still worried about it, if you get the tow package with your new truck it will include the wiring harness pigtail that you hook up to the controller. It'll be in a package under the back seat normally.
