I just last week bought a 97 CTD that had no interior lights, radio, or power mirrors. Got a good deal cause the dealership tech's apparently didn't know about the I. O. D. fuse. Well I changed out the fuse, and I have radio + interior lights, but still the power mirrors don't work. Any Ideas?

Thanks in advance.

What is this I. O. D fuse and where is it located? I have this exact same problem right now.

thanks for the help.

Its the bottom front (of vehicle) fuse. I think #17 maybe. It has a yellow sleeve around it, and is pretty difficult to remove. If the I. O. D. goes out, you'll loose the radio and the interior lights as well. Seems like any ground short will blow that fuse.

Type IOD fuse in the search function, you'll find a ton of info
