Attention: TDR Forum Junkies 
Well, I did it. Ordered an electric over hydraulic brake actuator to convert my 12,500lb boat trailer from surge brakes to electric over hydraulic. The unit I ordered was a Carslile Hydrastar Gen 5 complete with the brake controller and breakaway kit.
