2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission electric seat pass side

my wife says the seat is too high and uncomfortabe. i offered to get her a car seat but that didn't go over well. did they make a electric seat for the passenger side that would match my 02. do they even offer that as an option on todays vehicles thanks robert

My '02 Laramie SLT+ has driver and passenger 8 way electric seats (leather)with power lumbar support. IIRC My ex '05 only had 4 way in the passenger position with manual lumbar support. I like my '02...

Soon after buying my '06 with power driver's seat my wife said she wanted a power seat also. I bought the seat track with motors and controls from Caldwell Dodge online and installed it. I bought the wiring harness connector from the local dealer and installed it. For me the toughest part was cutting the hole in the leather for the switch panel. I was afraid of making a permanent mistake. I did have to fabricate a mounting box for the switch from sheet metal. Total cost was just over $400 if I recall. You can't tell itfrom a factory install.

thaks to all. i looked on ebay and found a leather set front and rear out of a 04... ... . maybe but he wanted $1700 and while they would not look bad it still would not match. i think i will try what danavilla did sounds like the best way to go. danavilla you don't live close to 60 miles north of seattle do you... lol thanks again robert
