my 02 has an electric seat only on the drivers side. Did they only come this way or can i buy an electric pass seat. wife has complained since the day i bought the truck. you know the drill " if mom isn't happy"... ... ... ... if i can get a seat will the apolstery match or can i get it too robert

I'm guessing you mean the power seat, not heaters. My '06 came w/power just on the drivers side. While my wife didn't nag or whine, she did hint that it would be nice if she had one too.

I bought a passenger side power seat track, switch unit and bezel from Caldwell Mopar over the internet. Then bought a harness to connect the switch from the local dealer. I did fab up a harness to go from the existing wiring to the switch harness. I also had to make up a metal box to house the switch. Total cost was about $420.

Using the service manual as a guide, I was able to get everything connected and working like it was factory installed. Toughest part (emotionally) was poking a hole in the virtually brand new seat for the switches.

Picture of the finished project attached.

If you ordered it with Leather interior, it would have come with a power passenger side seat. I'd check out eBay for a used one and swap your upholstery onto it. Be careful to match your interior color if you don't want to repaint the plastic parts.
