Anyone who might be looking for heated washer fluid without the PITA of monkeying heater hoses should go to Jacobselectronics.com. They offer a 12V unit that does heat to 120 F in 90 seconds. Just put one in, sure cleans the ice off, but it eats 10 amps, so I'd feed it from its own relay bus. !
