Attention: TDR Forum Junkies 
07 6.7 105,000 miles.
After leaving the truck setting for a couple days I went to start her up and had nothing.
Story short we ended up changing PcM and then couldn't get Ecm to function.
Ecm ended up smoked.
New ecm alternator and PcM the truck runs.
The etc light,and service 4 wd drive lights up now and my exhaust brake will not engage.
Shop is telling me the transfer case shift motor needs replaced and it may be the map sensor causing the exhaust brake Mal function.
I am baffled because we've never found a cause effect explanation.
Anyone have this experience?
