I have a 98 quadcab that seems to have a electrical draw while parked that I can't find. I purchased a 05 this spring and left the 98 parked for quite awhile. When I got ready to get it ready to sell it would not start so I put two new 1000 cch batteries in it. But now if it sits for any length of time there isn't enough energy to start it. I checked for left on items(glove box etc)but to no avail. Can anyone help?

98 12 valve, five speed, gear vendor two speed, mag-hytec differential cover, packbrake, Banks powerpack, afe air intake, 3000gsk, dowell pin killed, tekonsa trailer brake, grill guard, 178k miles

One way to find out (maybe). Disconnect both positive cables and put an Digital ammeter in line with one while the other stays disconnected. If the meter shows amp flow start pulling fuses until the draw goes away. This should at least narrow it down for you.
