Electrical "Noise..."

With Espar timer programmed and factory alarm system set, I get alarm system LED illuminated and airbag "off" light "glowing," when the Espar timer activates. Does anybody know how I can trace/find where the electrical "noise" is coming from? Sometimes the alarm system horn will be triggered.

Sounds like a bad ground.
