Electrical plug replacement

... Can you buy just the plastic end for certain plugs... namely the 4 wire connector on the fuel tank module? If so, how do you seperate the stupid lil' buggers!?

Many connectors are available,I beleive I have seen that one. Your dealer has a website to look up connectors. The lock must be pushed out first then you can just lift the lock tab and slide the wire out.

The red tab broke off back when I did the vent kit mod,now today while I was rerouting the 3 small vents on top and wanted to peek inside the tank , the locking tab broke off. . barely even lifted it to unplug and... . SNAP So for the meantime I put some silicone around it to hold it in place for the time being. What I need is the outer shell, for lack of a better term.

The red tab slides sideways to allow you to squeeze the other release to disconnect it. Most times it comes as a pkg,insulator and short pigtails.
