2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission electrical problem

Hey all. I just installed a set of tow mirrors (electric and heated) and when I went to use them they worked for about 10 seconds and then stopped. So did my radio and interior lighting. I've checked and re-checked all fuses in both panels with no blown fuses. When I checked my install I found that I pinched the wires from the drivers side mirror. I fixed the wires and installed properly but still have the no mirror, no raido and no interior lights problem. Any ideas??? Thanks.
