While installing a converter foot controlled unlock switch I nicked a wire in the floor, no problem except the dome lights(both), hood light, radio and key halo all are out, so I think yea it a fuse but none are blown inside or out even swapped them to be for sure. The haynes diagram has all the dome lights(both again) and halo on the same circuit but the fuse is fine. Figured I would ask instead of waiting to figure it out.

You might have cut enough of the wire that it wont carry the current needed for all the lights, check the nick and see how bad it is and try to probe it with a test light on both sided of the cut.

Thanks John, I'll take a look at it again tomorrow and check the wire like that, though about it but decided to change the oil instead:D

Checked the wire like John and I talked about and it's ok and no joy finding anything else wrong, any takers on ideas. Something has to control all of these things..... lesson learned.

Took some advice

Went to the library and found a schematic from Mitchell online, it showed all the items that were out going to a circuit breaker(fuse) it was #12 marked I. O. D. totally different from any other and yes it's the one I didn't check cause it is covered. Yep it was blown, fixed all the problems.
