Electronic Monitor Module ?

Good evening everyone.

I was in the Build your Truck Dodge page for a.

2013 Ram 3500 SLT Crew Cab 8' 6. 7L Cummins/AISIN HD 6-Speed Auto transmission.

In the options. What is the Electronic Monitor Module? What does it monitor, and

should you have it as a option. I tried a search on TDR, and did not find anyone

asking about the Electronic Monitor Module in the past.
