Emergency, please help!

Today I went out to start my truck so I could go to the parts store to get the o-rings for my leaky return and thermostat housings, and I think I completely blew out the return housing o-ring because coolant came spewing out really bad from under there.



I need and exploded view of the return housing assembly ASAP. I have to fix this in the damn school parking lot in the dark... WTF!!!!



I am so ****** off right now...

I have a Mopar '93 Service manual, has a picture of the t-stat and housing, but nothing shown on the return housing. If it will help you, I can scan the pages regarding the t-stat and email them to you. PM me & let me know your email and I'll send it your way . . .

If by return housing you mean the one on the block that holds the AC compressor and the bottom rad hose goes to it. . . well, actually it is the feed to the engine, not the return. Anyway, it seals to the block with a square cut o-ring 3906697.

I did get the o-ring. I am waiting for someone to help me figure out how to take the housing apart!

Well, how'd it go? Break anything else? Inquiring minds want to know. Sounds like everything is crapping out for ya at once, Chris. Good thing about that is, it should last longer, and not have to worry about it blowing again for a while.
