I'm looking for the axle end bushing they make for the track bar. I think I have the right part number of 5. 7111, but I'm not sure. Can somebody confirm this number? Also, I can't find any place local that can (or will) order one for me, so where would be a good place to pick one up. I've got a Lindstad track bar on the way, and I want to have the bushing for it when it gets here. Thanks.

Energy Suspension web site shows a 4 Wheel Parts in Memphis. Maybe they could order it for you and have it sent to your house.

I know this might seem like an odd question, but is there any negatives to using poly bushing instead of rubber?

Cooker...

I have found no negatives by using the Poly bushing for the other end of the trac bar. One thing they need to remember when doing it is to remove all of the factory bushing from the bar as it tends to leave the steel sleev in it when removed.

Traded...

I am pretty sure it is a correct number for the bushing. had ordered mine from American Speed Center here in York,Pa when I needed it. They had it in 2 days from ordering it. PM me if you can not find it and I'll see what I can do to help..... Andy

Hammer, you are right. I wish I would have read your post before changing track bar bushing. My steel sleeve remained behind. I used the Luke's link bushing. It was a bit of a struggle to get the track bar reinstalled. Sure tightened up the front end.

Thanks for the suggestions. It turned out that AutoZone could get the bushing for me. Since it was just a $9 part, it was easier/cheaper to have them get it since I didn't have to pay shipping. The part number of 5. 7111 is correct, but the number to use for AutoZone is 57111gx. If you just give them the number 5. 7111, they won't know what you are talking about.
