Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) Eng. oil cooler

Anyone have problems with oil cooler? I thought I had blown head gasket but eng. runs fine no water in the oil, just oil in rad..... when I start it up almost immedeatly oil comes out the rad. with the cap off. When I put pressure tester on rad. and pump it up it will leak down 1/2 lbs in 15 min. I'm thinking 65 lbs of oil press. is pushing trough a crack somewhere that the 25 lbs that I pumped the tester up is not. Any help is apprisiated
