I have a 2002 24v-5spd, with edge ez, banks4", phase3 inj. , and banks hi ram intake. When on acc. in high gear especially, at 1800-2100 rpms i get a surging type feeling, it did not do this til after inj. install, could it be to much fuel at low rpm boost? or an air leak?or could it poss. be clutch slippage? but doesnt feel like clutch slippage. Is stock clutch. thank u very kindly for the help.

are the RPMs climbing faster than the spedo?

What are the Dr. Pee Phase 3 injectors rated at?

you could be just feeling the rush of acceleration 1800-2100 RPM is where the EZ fuels the heaviest.

I beleive the inj. are rated at about 90hp. , the speedo climbs faster than the tack, one other thing i noted to is when at w. o. t. boost goes to 37psi then drops and stays at 31. Is this also normal? i also noticed on the ez inst. there is 3 int. settings for most responsive-stock, moderate inj. and large inj. i have it on stock, sounds dumb, but would putting it on the large inj. setting poss help this?thanks

your boost indication sounds normal... . I see the same thing on my truck.

what is your EGT?

The Jumper settings just delay full fueling untill a set boost level. I am sure someone will chime in here and give the boost settings.

The jumpers do not affect power once full boost is achieved. They just delay fueling a bit to let the turbo build boost to keep smoke down.

Sounds like the boost might be over-running the EZ's ability to provide fueling momentarily - ya might wanna try changing to more aggressive fueling in the EZ and see if it smooths out?

Right now my egts are right at 1150 at full boost, running empty, i will definately try changing the settings in the ez and see what diff it makes. Thanks very much for the help
