Yes, but if it's a early 04 the injector nozzles will need to be changed out for 03-04 ones.

It's actually quite common for 04.5-07 rebuilds to get 03-04 pistons.

I generally recommend a custom tune to go with it, but it should also work fine with stock injectors and a stock tune.
