Engine block heater

Last two times I have utilized the factory installed block heater (40degrees) I have found a small pool of anti freeze under engine next morning. Originally thought it was coming from the radiator but now think further back maybe line to transmission. Have not had any noticable loss of anti freeze from reservoir. Any ideas

There is a coolant hose about 4"long under the exhaust manifold near the rear. The oem hose will normally have a foil appearing cover on it. This hose is known to seep,usually when sitting cold over night. The replacement hose has a slightly smaller ID to eliminate this issue
