Lately my engine has started to bog down under light throttle. It seems to be worse on cold starts, but is getting progressively worse. Now if I lay into the throttle moderately hard the truck still runs great. Since mine is a '99, I can't check the odom. window for codes (no check engine light). I'm thinking it is either the MAP sensor or the APPS (leaning more toward the MAP sensor). The engine is not missing, it just seems to hesitate before it takes off. And by the way, it has a new injection pump, lift pump, and high flow lines. The fuel pressure is great, never below 9~10 WOT. EGTs and boost seem normal. Just needing some educated guesses to help me figure it out.

Noo it isn't the maps. Likely because of arcing in some splice. It causes very dirty signals and the ecm doesn't know how to read it. If you can check the bolt at the PDC for frequencies ( HZ) :)
