Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) engine code p-ecu ???

checked codes on truck to day and found p-0523

which is high voltage from oil sensor but could not find

this code p-ecu not sure that this is even a code

last software update was when stealer reflashed for oil sensor

on 2-18-02 before i bought the truck

No such code per my service manual. P-ECU, might just be showing that the code came from the ECM versus the DTC? I would of thought that the 2nd time you started your truck after the reflash that this code would of been gone? I would check with the dealer. Maybe they did not fix the problem. I understand that some of the oil pressure reflashes just cover up the problem not fix the problem.
