The slight rough idle is often caused by a faulty FCA (Fuel Control Actuator). Last time I looked it cost about $150 from Cummins or Geno's. It is a simple install.
If you want to be thorough have a Dodge dealer run the cylinder contribution test which uses Dodge dealer software to measure power as a percentage of total power output by each cylinder. It will identify a bad injector or other issues. Should cost you about an hour and a half of shop labor time.
