What can increase burn rate for b100?

Although it's hard to say for sure, it looks to me like someone is trying to promote the use of Biodiesel. Their claims are all exaggerated, or at least sensationalized. The effects of ULSD have been pretty minimal as far as leaks etc. Ask any diesel mechanic. I was in Cummins Northeast in Syracuse last week. I asked the guys what they've been seeing with ULSD. Their reply was "Nothing". I was expecting more problems myself.

According to what I have read and heard, the Ultra-Low-Sulfer will affect older model diesels that have the earlier style o-rings in them (not sure what they are made of). Pre-90's I think. What I was told was that somewhere in the early to mid 90's the injections pump industry moved up to viton or better o-rings and seals and that these seals are already proven to be the choice for compatability with Low-Sulfer fuel.

I take the bio add with a grain of salt and view it as a uniformed scare tatic tyring to drum up some business. Just my view.
