Archived engine died and no restart code p2509

2005 2500 4x4 truck died code p2509 showes cranks over just wont start battery cables ok!! any ideas.

Looks like P2509 - Powerdown Data Lost Error. There is a TSB out for this issue but I believe it may only be for the 06-07 trucks. I have also heard of the TIPM (totally integrated power module) faulting causing this.
