Engine dies when idling

Just had all 6 injectors and turbo replaced (2003 D3500, 315,000mi). Checked out fine on the computer. Drove it about a day and it started dying when slowing down for stop signs, etc. Starts back up with no problem and does fine driving down the road. Any suggestions as to what might cause this?

Do you have any smoke & what color is it?

No smoke since injectors replaced.

Mine does the exact same thing when I turn off the ignition switch. Odd.
