Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) Engine Light

I have an 01 with drag comp, full DTT trans, Power by Poole Twins, Mach 5's, RASP, and all the gages. . My truck just started throwing the engine light last night. I check for codes, all came up were old lift pump one's and a trans code 743 due to my lock up switch. Cleared them and the truck sat for 8 hours with the batters un-hooked. Checked again all's good. Driving it today, Here's that :{ Light again. Check the codes, nothing but the old lift pump ones again. No 743. . Cleared them again and now the light is off.



Can anyone think as to what is going on?? Do you all think there could be another problem?

My DTT and pacbrake/transcontroller has energized my CEL for years now. Solution: check codes and use liberal amoounts of electrical tape to hide CEL light.

Check all your ground points and connections for the COMP. Use a meter and check the harness wiring for any opens or shorts.

I just don't understand. It must be the heat
