Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) Engine miss--Any ideas

A while back i had EDM4s,EZand DZ turbo on my truck. I got a dead pedal,

and a0237, my scanner would not clear the code until i unhooked the EZ.

I cleaned all grounds and elect. connections and replaced the mapp censer.

Put the EZ back on and got 0234, 0236, 0237 and the dead pedal.

I trashed the EZ got a Van Aaken. Now i got a miss at cruising only, At

all speeds after the TC locks, With or without OD. the boost,rpm and speed

are steady, the CC is off. No codes with the VA pluged in.

If i run it up to 2000 rpm setting still with the VA the rpm is unsteady by

25 rpm. There is no miss at idle or wot,With or without VA.

And i can,t get any smoke at anytime.

Checked the fuel.

changed the filter

fuel pressure-13 idle-10 cruising

new mapp

new iat

noise filter

set the app voltage

two new red tops

Anybody have any idea were to go next?
