Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) Engine RPM`s not steady at low engine speed

hi, lately my 2001 automatic has been acting strange, the engine used to be as steady as an electric motor but now the rpms go up and down without moving the pedal, i also finding some transmission changes too the gear changing isn`t predictable as it used to be,and the transmission slipes when i hit a bump at highway speeds or the torque is coming unlocked maybe, i checked the parking brake switch ,it seems to be ok. . any thoughts?

Sounds like an injector problem or the vp44 starting to fail. Have someone do an injector cut out test on the truck. Any check engine lights on?

Thanks,no engine lights onno error codes,good power, its not really a problem i was just concerned that it may be related to my transmission problem or the trottle sensor?
