I'm swapping my 91 engine out and putting a 93 in. The 93 is set up for an auto transmission, what all needs changed for it to be compatible for my get rag 360?

Remove the auto trans flex plate. Install the flywheel and clutch. Use the flywheel bolts to mount it with. They are longer than the flex plate bolts.

Throw it in the truck then.

You can also get rid of the trans oil cooler under the turbo as you wont need it any more.

If you're interested, I have a LUK clutch & flywheel kit with 34K miles VG cond. Complete with Bolts, T/O bearing, Alignment tool.
Also have a South Bend Clutch & flywheel kit, also with all extras, 9900 mi. Like new.

91 engine or 91.5? Not that is matters, was just nosey.

If you are using the 93 injection pump you won't need the square black box on top of it. It is for the overdrive. Don't throw it away as it is a pricey part for those who run an AT. David
