O Ye Of Great Knowledge and Experience:
I noticed a slight lope when starting out on a trip earlier today. When I returned, I threw it in neutral and raised the idle to cool the turbo (I always let it idle but thought I'd see if it helped as I was in a hurry) At about 1100 RPM, it feels like gas motor (remember those?) with a plug wire off. It goes away at higher RPM and isn't noticeable at idle. I am going to try to determine the cause tonight and won't be able to check the board until tomorrow. For what it's worth, the engine is all stock except for the #5 TST plate(stock position) and an Amsoil air filter.
I'll check the fuel supply (leaky, kinked lines) then the strainer and change the filter if I have one laying around.
Anybody have this (or similar) problem?
PS: It didn't come with a cat so it's not plugged
