engine surge

My power seems to very form day to day and today it even seemed to very during the drive to work. I thought there was TSB for engine surging but couldn't find it. Is there one, if so where can I find it?

How can you tell your power is varying? Seat of the pants?

Hard one to diagnose. Do you have a fresh fuel filter?

its only got 3000 miles on the current filter. I had no problems with the last one and buy from the same places as before. I am considering changing it just to be sure.

Fuel filter, I'd start there first, and maybe check air filter also. I got the new filter minder (stonger spring) but not a 100% sure I still trust it, it has not moved since I installed new air filter back in December. Just a thought.
