Engine takes a long time to die??

I have a 96 3500 5spd with 130k that dosn't want to stop. Sometimes it shuts off as soon as the key is turned off, but other times it takes up to 15 seconds. I was about to sell the truck and this comes up, need to fix it quick

Try cleaning the linkage for your fuel shutdown solenoid.
