Attention: TDR Forum Junkies Thought I would see if anyone might be able to help me figure this one out. 03' 100hp injectors, edge juice with attitude. Recently replaced the head and had it o-ringed and installed arp studs. With the edge box set on anything higher than setting 2, I will get what sounds like a ticking or exhaust leak on the driver side of the motor. Been running like that for a few months now with no visible problems. Earlier today and a couple weeks ago, decided to push the box to setting 5 and stepped on the pedal. Very loud ticking/exhaust leak sound, but normally I let off the pedal pretty quick once I hear that sound, this time I held it a few extra seconds, with a not so happy result. Coolant dumping out from under the hood and all over the side of the truck.
Blown head gasket???
not sure how, o-ringed head, arp studs, and 42lbs of boost. Could this be anything else?? or most likely a blown head gasket? This problem started the day I got it back from having the head replaced. Any help would be much appreciated!
