I don't have the FSM yet. What is the proper maintainance schedule for the Valve train?

The initial valve adjustment is at 24,000 miles and subsequent adjustments should be done every 48,000 miles after that.

Thanks Steve, I guess I need to have it done now. I don't know when this was done on this truck, if ever.
