On the way home from camping trip this weekend I snapped a pic of where my settings were during a long pull on I-81. If anyone is familiar with the southwest va section of I-81 at mm 114 there is a several mile long grade called Christiansburg mountain if you arw southbound. I was towing about 8500#'s up this grade and I started the climb at about 72. Topped the hill at about 68 and was a very happy man!

Hey, I was just up and down there. NYC to Pigeon Forge and back. I love that road and you should be happy with those numbers!
As a side note, I saw so many CTD's during my trip- of all generations. Made me sad that I didn't have mine out there!
However I did check every back glass, bumper, tailgate I could see and I didn't see one single TDR call out! I always put a fresh one on when I take mine out there on the road.

I get the magazine haven't got any decals yet . I did get a Genos garage bumper sticker but it was the stubborn men one I wasn't impressed so I put it on the 6.5

Just for comparison this is what the Edge w/Attitude display looks like if any have wondered while deciding on gauges vs a display...

On a third gen but you get the idea...

Looks like you better fire that co-pilot and hire him back at a cheaper wage. He is sleeping on the job again. Enjoy the tunes.

He comes right to life when either of the trucks start up. Also can't beat him out through the door if the Can Am is running......I had it parked outside a few weeks ago and couldn't find the dog. Finally looked in the back of the Can Am and there he was, sleeping in it.....

the newer the truck, the more/ better info displayed. Correct?

I don't think so but it might. The book is full of instructions that I don't understand. Mine show's that same screen, 5 gauges. I normally use EGT's pre turbo, water temp, fuel pressure on the big ones and fuel temp at the injection pump and IAT on the small ones.
