engine warmer

I just got back from going to Cedar City, UT. Temperature during nights was below 14 degrees. When I started the next morning after the first night there, the engine started "rough", but then caught up and ran fine.

Can an engine heater be installed when you do not have one? If so what are the "issues and costs?

If you have the money to spent looks like the best way to go is http://www.espar.com/.

These guys have coolant heaters that run off Fuel from you tank so nothing else is needed.

Expensive but very good.
