Air Filter Question

I have tried all fuel issues to get the truck (2006 cummings turbo) running to no avail. Is it possible that the oil pressure can cause the injector to not fire?
When cranking engine I see no exhaust smoke at all from the tailpipe.
Batterys are old but not to bad. I have to keep charging them as I run them down trying to start.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks
Harry

Any Codes?
Probably to less Fuel Pressure from the CP3, if the start pressure is to deep then the ECM won't fire up the Injectors. That's why you don't get any smoke or smell from the Exhaust.

Are you sure there is no fuel leaking out of any of the fuel lines? #4 and #6 the most common to have leaks, and this will cause a no start. I have heard of the fuel rail pressure relief valve leaking by and causing a no start. You can buy the whole rail with the valve cheaper than just the PRV and you get the pressure sender also http://www.genosgarage.com/CUMMINS-...L-03-07-59L/productinfo/4929618/#.VH-4NNJ0zIU
There are a lot of other things that can also cause a no start too, not an easy one to trouble shoot at home. My guess is that you have enough fuel, it is just leaking by somewhere.

My buddies 6.7 wouldn't start after he had work done to it. When they unplugged FCA it would start. They change rail pressure sensor and it started.

I'm just following along looking for help too. I have a 2003 with the 5.9 L engine. I am having a similar experience and I figured it is probably fuel related but looking for guidance from those with more knowledge. Please keep your insights coming.
