MVP is the new name for the Thor plant in Moreno Valley, Ca. Supposedly the design guy from the defunct Weekend Warrior brand is at MVP. My Jazz was built there right before the name change, the build quality of mine is pretty good. Make sure he does his homework on max weight, some of those big toyhaulers are close to max GVW empty.

RAM4SAM is right on the money ! Watch the weight ! They are good ones if they have not changed. I would look it over good check the frame and the fifth wheel neck for how stout it is.

What do you look for to determine "stoutness" other than just sheer size of the frame?

Basically you look for if it is a 35' toyhauler, you are going to look for a I-Beam style frame that is at least 8-10".

Other than that. Look for the total gross weight and add up the weight ability of all the tires. As a rule of thumb, the tires should be able to handle the GVW of the trailer. . That gives you some room for stuff to put in.

The pin/hitch will give a seperate GVWR labeled on the hitch as well, it should match or be rated over the GVWR itself. The higher rating can be found due to the manufacturer of the pin/hitch wanting to cover a wide range of RV manufactures specs. If you really like a certain 5ver but feel the pin/hitch rating is not adaquit then purchase a higher rating if it can fit within the 5ver specs diminsions.
