Guns, Bows, Shooting Sports, and Hunting EPA considering ban on lead ammunition

Attention: TDR Forum Junkies
To the point: Click this link and check out the Front Page News story(ies) where we are tracking the introduction of the 2025 Ram HD trucks.

Thanks, TDR Staff
While this is politics at its worst, It is specific to this area of interest.

The EPA is trying to do what the Supreme Court would not. In an end run on the RKBA, the EPA is considering a, lead ammo ban. If this fails, the EPA plans to take on an ammo ban, component by component! If you value your Second Amendment Rights and the freedom we have to shoot relatively cheaply, answer the EPA call for comments from the public. There is no Science , here. Only left wing extremism, U. N. pandering and fear mongering. Please see links. GregH

They don't have the authority to do this on thier own. Only congress can do it.

However, we the people have the authority--if we use it--- to ban the EPA.

I have no problem using non-lead bullets for hunting big game. I've had good results with Barnes bullets. I have to use non-tox for waterfowl. Again, no problem. But for day to day plinking, clay shooting, and target shooting no one could afford to use non-tox ammo. Oh, wait a minute! Could that be their plan? Just price the average Joe out of his/her sport? You can "bear your arms" but you can't afford to do it when they are loaded. #@$%!

Its amazing what a comment period can accomplish! I also smoked our illustrious LSD Senator, Udall, with a H O T e-mail! Did you hear the squealing tires as the EPA slammed it into reverse:-laf. " It is not within our jurisdiction" is the response:rolleyes:. Lets make more areas, "not within their jurisdiction". Matter-of-fact, lets do away with the entire EPA and their "unfunded mandates"!
