Epic FORD smoke story!

I just bought a 6. 0 PS and it sblows black smoke on acceleration. . a pretty good puff.

the dealer replaced the EGR. . no difference. . Will it hurt the engine??. . could it be the fuel?? 700 miles. . blow smoke on strat up and most times under acceleration. . Worried. . michelle.
