ERG Carbon Kevlar Brake Pads

I have a set of new front and rear EGR Carbon Kevlar brake pads for a 2nd Gen 24V 4x4 2500 with an erg rear disc conversion. Front pads will fit stock caliper. Retail is $170 per pair. $108 for all four pads or $58 per pair, includes shipping. Pictures available upon request.

Do you still have the rear brake pads? Do thay fit a stock 2000-2002 disk brake rear axle? I can't use the fronts since I have Ford hubs and brakes. Thank you
