Error message, re: Private Message link

Rob Hanson and I were just sending each other private messages, it's a cool feature! However, when I clicked on the link to read the message, I got the following error message: "Invalid privatemessage specified. If you followed a valid link, please notify the webmaster".

The way I got around it was to click on my "user cp" button, and I found down at the bottom that I had one new message. I was able to read the message, but I had to go through a roundabout way of getting to it. I thought you should be aware of the non-working link.

1000 character limit??

I got there ok when I clicked on it to reply to a message. Then when I typed it up and tried to send it I got a message saying the limit is only 1000 characters. In a private message I'm just getting goin' good at that size.

You guys ever have this happen?: You get a private message, read it, reply to it, and then delete it, and then 5 minutes later you get a pop up box telling you that you have a new message... but then when you go to it, it's the same message you got before (not a new reply to your reply)? I find myself talking to my monitor, saying, "I know! I already got that message, why are you telling me I have a new message, when it's the same old message I already deleted?"

I tend to talk to my monitor a lot.
